There is one sure way to add value to your brand and the way it is conveyed to the public. . . value it. You must value your brand like nothing else. If it has no meaning or value to you, then how do you expect your customer to see it any differently? Here are three ways to add value to your brand. - Don’t Bargain Shop On Web Design Unless you are dong it yourself, don’t bargain shop on your web stuff. I’m also not saying spend the insane amount on an unnecessary site either but going the cheapest route may do more harm than good. If your websites, fan pages, and/or online stores look cheap then your brand will be viewed as cheap. - Don’t Waste Ad Money There are several ways to avoid wasting your ad money. Don’t spend it all in one place. If you dump the whole load on one facet, then you are merely advertising to the same people over and over. You want to mix it up a bit. Be sure to spread it out between radio and tv and online accordingly. And be sure to pay attention where you are spending it online. That makes all of the difference in the world. - Grow With The Brand, Not Separate From It Do not put yourself or your employees before the brand, above the brand, or separate from the brand. You must all be one team, under one banner. Your brand must become your flag, your battle cry, and your collective identitiy. Don’t forget that brands grow much larger, much faster, than people ever will.
